INFORMATION ABOUT PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

in accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation (UE) 2016/679
Through this information, Commerciale Tubi Acciaio (below “CTA”) makes you available any information deemed useful and guarantees your data will be processed according to the principles of confidentiality, transparency and any applicable law.

1. SCOPE
In accordance with the Regulation (UE) 2016/679 (below “Regulation”), this information describes the methods for processing personal data of CTA website users, accessible electronically at the following addresses :

This information doesn’t apply to other websites which may be consulted by the user through possible link of which CTA has no control and for which it has no knowledge or can guarantee the methods of data processing or the security measures adopted for personal data protection.    
As a result of the consultation of the sites listed above, data relating to identified or identifiable natural persons may be processed.

3. KINDS OF DATA PROCESSED AND MODALITIES OF THE PROCESSING
     3.1 Navigational data   
Computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.    
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computer and of the terminals used bu users, the URI/URL notation addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained as response, mthe numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating systems and to the IT environment of the user.     
These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed in order to:    
    • obtain statistical information about the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time slot or daily, geographical areas of origin, etc.);  
    • check the correct functioning of the offered services.     
Navigation data don’t persist for more than seven days and they are immediately cancelled after thier aggregation (except for any need to investigate crimes by the Judicial Authority).

    3.2 Data communicated by the user   
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to CTA contact addresses, as well as the filling in and the forwarding of the forms present on CTA website, entails the acquisition of sender contact details, necessary to answer, and of all personal data included in the communication.

    3.3 Cookies and other tracking systems   
No cookies or other tracking methods are used for users profiling. Session cookies (not continuing), instead, are used in a way which is strictly limited to what is necessary for a safe and efficient site navigation. The storage of session cookies in terminals or browser is under the user control, whereas on the servers, at the end of the http sessions, information about cookies are recorded in the service logs, with storage times not exceeding seven days, as the other navigation data.

    •    to share, if considered necessary, such information for investigative purposes, to prevent or combat illegal activities, suspected fraud, situation of potential danger to the physical safety of people, violations of the conditions of use of the services offered on CTA website or according to the law.

Tha data collected by CTA through its websites are not subject to disclosure.

CTA uses cloud services which guarantee data localization within the European Economic Area.

7. INTERESTED PARTIES RIGHTS
The interested parties have the right to obtain from CTA, in the cases referred to the Regulation, the access to personal data and the correction or deletion of them or the restriction of the processing, which concerns them, or to oppose the processing (articles 15 and following of the Regulation).

8. CLAIM RIGHT
The interested parties, who consider that the processing of their personal data performed through this website is a violation of the Regulation, have the right to submit a claim to the Guarantor, according to the article 77 of the Regulation, or to appeal to the appropriate courts (article 79 of the Regulation).
