CTA Group guarantees the product conformity through severe incoming verification performed by qualified operators; the CTA owns several diagnostic and measurement calibrated instruments.
Additional tests
CTA Group is capable to perform any kind of additional test, both destructive and non-destructive, through its qualified internal operators or through the partnership with external ISO 17025 accredited laboratories.
Example of tests usually performed:
- Tensile, impact, hardness, DWTT, CTOD;
- Chemical analysis, Corrosion tests, microstructure examination, HIC, SSCC;
- Automatic UT on pipes, additional Hydrostatic test, UT, MT, PT.
